Germany’s leading refinery operator commissioned the SCHULTZ GROUP to provide Facility Management services at its refineries in Hamburg and Heide/Schleswig-Holstein.

Only SCC-certified companies are commissioned to undertake such extensive tasks for such industrial sites. The premises cover an area of more than 5.5 km2, with over 60 buildings, and the SCHULTZ GROUP ensures proper functioning through its staff deployed on site. Facility Management here incorporates management of the heating, air-conditioning and cooling equipment, planning and realisation of refurbishment, roofing and sewerage work, monitoring occupational safety and fire protection measures, cleaning buildings and maintaining greenery.
